Refund/Return Policy

You have the right to request a replacement of any goods that arrive with irreparable damage or significant manufacturing defects. Replacement will be provided when repair is not possible. A refund will only be offered if it cannot be replaced.
We highly recommend that you take video/photos of the exterior of the case upon arrival, especially if you notice any damage. Photo proof is required (emailed to us within 48 hours of delivery) to qualify for a refund or exchange.
Lost items should be reported within 48 hours of delivery and will be replaced free of charge.
The journey from the workshop to your home can be a bit bumpy, with occasional items coming loose during transport. Our dolls are always thoroughly inspected by our shop staff, the Shedollshop quality control team, and yourself before shipping (you will have the opportunity to view factory photos before shipping). Before approving the shipment, please check your order carefully to avoid any problems. In the event that your doll suffers some minor damage or compression during transport, the customer should make reasonable efforts to repair or resolve minor issues with the guidance and assistance provided by Shedollshop support staff.
No compensation will be paid to our customers who make threats to employees, unreasonable demands, attempts to blackmail or abuse them. We try to solve all problems with a smile, and these situations usually require cooperation and patience.

* Qualifications

Custom or custom goods are eligible for replacement only if there is a significant manufacturing defect. Due to the sensitivity of our products, we do not accept returns of used goods. Items must be unused, unwashed, and not tampered with or altered. Stock dolls cannot be unpacked and can only be returned in brand new/intact condition.

All items must be returned to the Shedollshop in their original condition and must include their original packaging, accessories and extras. Shedollshop is not responsible for any return shipping charges incurred. We strongly recommend that you use a traceable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. Items returned to the Shedollshop will be inspected upon receipt. The final decision on refunds will be made at the discretion of Shedollshop within 10 to 15 days of receipt.

* Exemption

Our dolls are handmade and each doll is unique and there may be minor differences and imperfections. The following defects and minor damage are not subject to our return and refund policy; Skin blemishes, blemishes, scratches, marks, compression marks, microwounds, slight changes in skin surface, loose or missing nails/toenails, loose or missing eyelashes, minor differences and inconsistencies in facial makeup, and/or body makeup. The following items are not subject to our return and refund policy; Used, washed, altered, customized, customized, free, promotional items, free upgrades, free extras and replacement items. The following product damage is not subject to our return and refund policy: User damage caused during use, after use, by mistake, or by incorrect cleaning methods. No compensation will be given for any issues related to items exempt from our Return and refund policy.

Most of our products are customized according to customer requirements. Cancellations can be made within the first 24 hours, but transaction fees will apply:

  • 90% refund within 4 hours
  • 80% refund within 24 hours

Order processing begins within 24 hours of receipt of your payment. If we have already started production, we cannot cancel the order for any reason. Otherwise, a 50%-70% handling fee and restocking fee will be charged. If we have already processed your credit card shipment, this amount will be deducted from the refund processed to your card. If the order has already been shipped, we will not accept refunds.

Modify and change your order

We accept requests to change your order, depending on the stage of your product in the production process. If your order is placed within 48 hours, we offer a free change service. Changes to your order request after 48 hours are not guaranteed and are at the sole discretion of Shedollshop and the relevant manufacturer. Changes to your order may result in delays and may incur additional charges. There is a fee for this service, which covers only the administration fee and is non-refundable if these changes cannot be made.

We do not recycle any used products. Do not return or reject the package directly. And do not send any package to the address information on the package, this is not valid for receiving returned packages.
