For the US, EU and Asian countries, there are no hidden fees and additional charges.
Free shipping in all countries where sex dolls are legal.
* In customs clearance:
– We handle customs clearance in USA (7-12 days), UK and EU (expedited 12-15 days), Asian countries (5-12 days). For the rest of the country, the process is very simple and we will do our best to help you. Problems are rare, but if a customs problem happens to receive your doll on time, respond to a customs problem.
– For imported high-end products, additional effort or documentation may be required to get your sex dolls to customers in New Zealand, Norway, Romania, Switzerland and Israel on time.
* In terms of tariffs:
– For full-size sex dolls and sex dolls with robotic features, we offer a service by default to help you pay import duties in advance (if you live in the US, UK and EU).
Due to local legislation, customers in New Zealand, Norway, Romania and Switzerland, among other countries, may have to pay tariffs, which typically range from $100 to $150, depending on the doll. We will make all contacts with customs, so you have nothing to worry about. Ensuring this process is stress-free is a very important part of our service and support and we will always “hold your hand”.

** Excuse me. We do not ship to countries with strict laws on sex dolls. Most Islamic countries, India, Africa or Brazil…… If you are unsure, please check with us before placing your order to avoid disappointment. Before delivery
The quality inspector will carefully check every detail of the doll and we will take your picture before shipping. Please double check to make sure your shipping address and email address are correct. And make sure our emails don’t end up in your spam box.

We care about your feelings. All dolls are delivered in 100% individual packaging. We pack dolls in cardboard boxes and protect the privacy of your package. The contents will be marked “mannequin” on the customs declaration form. In some countries, the box may be opened at customs to determine the tax on the imported product.
Delivery:
We use UPS and FedEx for all global deliveries.
When you receive the tracking number, you can contact the Courier to arrange a suitable delivery date.
You will get a tracking number 3-4 days after shipping so you can track the journey. It will also sync with your Shedollshop account.
For UPS, you can add “My Choice” (free) to schedule a delivery date that works for you.
Order process:
We cannot predict the weather at the time of your order or how busy the workshop will be. But – the following breakdown should give you a good idea of the entire ordering process from start to finish.
What happens after I order my sex doll?
Here is the estimated production and delivery schedule of our dolls.
Immediately after placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with a breakdown of your order details.
We will manually check your order and ensure that all information and details are correct. If something is missing or seems a little out of the ordinary, we will contact you to confirm everything.
We allow a 24 hour grace period in case you make any changes at the last minute.
Your order is then passed to our shop floor management and placed in the production queue.
When your doll is at the front of the queue, workshop manufacturers and artists begin to make your doll. The expected manufacturing time is 5 to 15 days, depending on the function.
Once your doll is complete, our staff will conduct a thorough quality control check and take photos of your doll for your approval. These are called factory photos.
When you are happy with your doll and have made any necessary changes, your doll is carefully packed and ready to ship.
After shipping, you will receive a tracking number within 3-4 days.
At this point, your doll has begun its journey home and should be with you as soon as possible!

We aim to process orders and ship all our products as soon as possible so that you can enjoy your new doll as soon as possible, but please note that your doll is custom made (even if it is pre-configured).
This schedule is an estimate. All authentic sex doll suppliers are the same because we all come from the same workshop.
Some exceptions to production and delivery times include busy periods, holiday seasons (including the Lunar New Year), and any unforeseen circumstances (such as COVID-19). If your order is delayed, we will notify you promptly.

Delivery fee:
Suppose you are unable to accept delivery on the date we have given you. You can change it to another day that suits you better by contacting the Courier directly. When your order is processed for shipment, you will receive a Courier
